We have jobs – some existing, some new, for hard core unemployables.We do not plan, budget, forecast, or waste time on getting bigger. We only wish to get better. Please review our website, prior to application and interview. These are mostly new positions – we have no HR department so may not have the answers you think we should have as a business. Future Brewers Program
Requirements: Extensive home brewing or small brewery experience. Willing to start on the production line and work your way up to the brewstand.
Spirits Sales Manager
Requirements: Experience in Spirits industry educating and managing distributors, wholesalers, and brokers.
Sales Territory Manager
Hiring for multiple territories. Work from Portland, Oregon office.
Requirements: Experience in territory sales. Prefer experience educating and managing distributors, wholesalers, and chain accounts.
VP of Marketing and Revolution
Requirements: 10+ years experience in consumer product marketing (Athletic industry preferred). Knows brand, product, grassroots, PR, and events marketing.
East Coast Foodie (Marketer)
East Coast, preferably New York
Requirements: Lover of Rogue, food, oysters, farmers, cheese, understands how beer is made and can identify the different types, knows the difference between front and back of house. Has a marketing and foodie background.
Requirements: Knows a little bit of everything; has a hand in writing, an eye for art, ear for comedy and has experience with Adobe Creative Suite. 1-2 years junior level marketing experience preferred.
Requirements: Extremely creative with 1-2+ years’ experience in Graphic Design. Expert at InDesign, Illustrator, and Photoshop.
Requirements: Paralegal, excellent researcher, problem solver, file clerk, knows how to fill out forms that go to state and federal agencies. Must play well with others.
Requirements: Passion for food, move fast, can lead a kitchen, and has relevant work experience.
