There are three things you can count on for St. Patrick’s Day.
People wearing green. Parades. Lots of beer. There’s nothing wrong any of that. But something important is missing. Ireland’s proud history of distilling.
Irish whiskey is one of the first distilled spirits in Europe. The earliest records go back to 1405. Naturally, there’s a similar proud history of Irish Cocktails.
Today we present three of the best, all gone Rogue because we crafted them with our barrel-aged Rogue Spirits Oregon Single Malt Whiskey.
Pour the Oregon Single Malt into a chilled old-fashioned glass with ice. Top with tonic water and stir. Add a twist of lemon and then serve
Heat the coffee, whiskey and sugar. Do not boil. Pour into a glass and top with cream. Serve hot.
Pour the Oregon Single Malt and liqueur into a shaker or mixing glass with ice. Stir until chilled. Then strain into a new glass, top with cream, and serve.
