Sriracha Week At Rogue Spirits, The Holy Mole

Welcome back to day two of Sriracha Week, a celebration of all things Sriracha, including the famous hot sauce, Rogue Ales Sriracha Hot Stout and cocktails.


Today’s cocktail is an homage to the Mexican tradition of mixing chili and chocolate. Think of a nice warm mug of Mexican Hot Chocolate, or a spicy and chocolatey mole sauce. Our Holy Mole is a chocolate martini gone Rogue. We used Rogue Spirits Oregon Single Malt Vodka and Sriracha Hot Chili Sauce to create the recipe.

DIRECTIONS:

Fill a shaker half full with cracked ice. Add ingredients and shake. Strain and pour into a martini glass. Dust the rim with chocolate powder. To make this a dessert drink, add some cream to the recipe and complete the cocktail with a dash of chocolate syrup on top.
