Some Like It HOT

Last week, one of our cocktails came from a Rogue fan on Twitter. This week’s recipes come from our man on the ground, our Spiritual Advisor so to speak, Bill. If you’re in the Portland Metropolitan Area, you may have seen him slinging Rogue Spirits at your local bar.

With his feet on the street, Bill knows the best ways to sip on our spirits. Here are his secret recipes:

Whiskey-Rita:
2 oz Rogue Chipotle Whiskey
.5 oz Triple Sec
Fresh squeezed orange & lime juice
Pour all ingredients over ice. Shake and serve. Garnish with a lime and sugar rim.

Rogue Chipotle Whiskey is brewed, distilled, and barrel-aged with our chipotle peppers for three times the flavor – giving it a touch of smokiness and heat.

Hot Julep:
Muddled fresh mint leaves and jalapeno
2 oz Rogue Chipotle Whiskey
Fresh squeezed lime juice
Top with soda water
Shake and serve with a mint sprig as garnish
