The peak of summer is approaching. So our Mad Mixologists are at it again to keep your Rogue Cocktail Arsenal fresh and cool.
Our first cocktail is actually from a Rogue Spirits fan, @GCPepperguy, so we’re calling this one “The Pepper Guy.”
2 oz Spruce Gin
½ oz Maple syrup
Put into a shaker with crushed ice
Then top off with tonic water
Leave that bottle of Spruce Gin out. You’ve conquered the easy Spruce Gin cocktail–now it’s time to step up your game, this time with the Cuke Cooler. We grow our own cucumbers on Rogue Farms, so the fresh fruit and vegetables in this one work well together.
Add mint, lime, gin, sugar (if using) to shaker and muddle.
Add cucumber slices to shaker and shake vigorously.
Pour mixture over glass filled with ice and top with tonic water.
Stir, let set for a few minutes for the flavors to enhance, and enjoy.
