We asked talented spirits experts from all over the country to craft cocktails with Rogue Spirits. Shannon Krol of Rattle & Rum in Phoenix, Ariz. whipped up this concoction with Dead Guy Whiskey and pineapple juice.
For nearly 25 years, Shannon Krol has been wearing many hats in the hospitality industry, from bartending to managing events. So when we asked her to give us her take on Rogue Dead Guy Whiskey, we knew we were in for something worthy of a celebration. And she delivered Dead Guy's Party.
DEAD GUY'S PARTY
1.5oz Rogue Dead Guy Whiskey
1oz Fresh Pineapple Juice
0.5oz Demerera Syrup 2:1
1 Sage Leaf
1 Dash Scrappy's Chocolate Bitters
Combine all ingredients (save the sage leaf) and shake. Double strain into a chilled coupe glass and garnish with the sage leaf.
