This Rogue Spirits cocktail with Pinot Spruce Gin is mixed by Cory Leicester, a published cocktail spirits writer with 17 years in the bar industry based in Denver, Colorado.
We asked Cory Leicester, a Denver, Colorado-based spirits expert, to craft a cocktail or two with Rogue Spirits for us and he delivered.
Cory has 17 years in the bar industry under his belt and he's been focused on cocktails for the last seven years. He even spent the last two years in Anchorage, Alaska pioneering their first craft cocktail-focused bar there. So he was an obvious choice to take our spirits and fashion something beautiful. So we gave him a beautiful spirit to work with: Rogue Pinot Spruce Gin, our Spruce Gin finished in Oregon Pinot Noir barrels.
