Grab a Hazelnut Brown Nectar and just a few simple ingredients to make this creamy smooth hummus that you can't find at your grocery store.
1 can of garbanzo beans, drained
1/4 cup Hazelnut Brown Nectar
1/4 cup roasted hazelnuts
1 tsp sea salt
2 tablespoons hazelnut oil
1 tablespoon lemon juice
1 clove of garlic
In a food processor, blend hazelnuts until they turn into somewhat of a butter. Add remaining ingredients and blend to your desired consistency. Feel free to add more Hazelnut Brown Nectar to thin out the hummus if desired.
Note: You can sub olive oil for hazelnut oil but it won't be as hazelnutty delicious!
