We craft spirits on the Yaquina Bay. Naturally that means we know a few fisherman. And it's for them that we created Pinot Gin and Juice: a quick fix for those long, sunless, days off the Oregon coast. This cocktail is packed with citrus to stave off scurvy, of course. And it's pretty simple to whip up when needed.
Pinot Gin & Juice
- 2oz Rogue Spirits Pinot Spruce Gin
- 1.5oz fresh-squeezed orange juice
- 1.5oz fresh-squeezed grapefruit juice
- lime wedge for garnish
Fill a rocks glass half way with ice. Add Pinot Spruce Gin and juices; stir. Top off with more ice. Garnish with lime wedge.
