Rogue Honeybees Win Best In Show

7,140,289 hard working Rogues earned some well deserved recognition at the inaugural Honey Beer Competition, presented by the National Honey Board. Rogue Farms Honey Kolsch won the prestigious “Best In Show” honors as well as a Gold Medal for “Best Honey Ales.”

Although it doesn’t mention them on the award, we think our honeybees deserve the credit for producing the delicious amber wildflower honey we use to brew Honey Kolsch. From spring until harvest, you’ll find them gathering nectar from nearby apple, cherry, walnut and big maple trees; the wild blackberries, clover and wildflowers surrounding our fields; and our Rogue Farms Prickless Marionberries, Jalapeños and Dream Pumpkins.

The honey they create for us includes all the flavors of the terroir of Rogue Farms. Taste it for yourself the next time you open a bottle. Rogue Farms Honey Kolsch- crafted from Bees to Bottle in collaboration with Mother Nature and the Rogue Farms Honeybees.
