Gin season has passed but we’re finally getting a look at what goes into our small-batch Spruce Gin. And our very own Jake Holshue can walk you through it.
Jake hand-peeled 3,047 lbs. of cucumbers at Rogue Spirits Distillery in Newport, Ore. It joins orange peel, lemon peel, ginger root, orris root, angelica root, tangerine peel, spruce and grains of paradise.
And yes, there is something a little different about that bottle.
