HISTORY
To create Chipotle Spirit, Brewmaster John Maier begins brewing Rogue’s platinum award winning Chipotle Ale. After fermenting, the beer is transported across the parking lot to the Rogue Distillery. There, it is distilled in small batches using Rogue’s traditional copper pot still, then hand bottled. Unblemished by oak, Chipotle Spirit offers a true taste of the ingredients used to create both the spirit and beer. It is perfect for Cinco de Mayo, Beer Cocktails or a Bloody Mary.
