An IPA Inspired by Portland Airport's #PDXCarpet

January 28, 2015

22oz-pdxcarpetInspired by the iconic carpet that has welcomed millions of travelers to Oregon for decades, the Portland International Airport and Rogue Ales have come together to create PDX Carpet IPA.

The Portland International Airport, recently named “AMERICA’S BEST AIRPORT” by Travel + Leisure Magazine, has begun the process of replacing more than 13 acres of the adored carpet – an endeavor that is expected to take a year to complete.

PDX CARPET IPA, crafted with proprietary ingredients grown on the Rogue Farms in Oregon, is a non-traditional India Pale Ale with big, citrusy hop flavor and intense hop aroma.

Look for PDX CARPET IPA on shelves now at the Rogue Ales Public Houses in Portland, including inside the airport at Concourse D, as well as specialty local retailers and online at www.Rogue.com.

And share your own #PDXCarpet & #PDXCarpetIPA selfie on Twitter & Instagram.
