Rogue Farms 19 Original Colonies Mead

Tasting Notes: Taste the terroir of Rogue Farms. We make this mead with our own honey. The honey is a taste of the terroir of the Wigrich Appellation and so is Rogue Farms 19 Original Colonies Mead.

History:
Drive into Rogue Farms at Independence, Oregon – past the hazelnuts, hops, rye and pumpkins - and you’ll be greeted by a line of beehives standing at attention on the right side of the road. Here lives a tiny civilization of honeybees busily collecting pollen and nectar, and filling the hive with pure honey. 19 colonies of bees are carefully kept and fed. The honey is extracted, filtered and brewed as a jasmine-infused mead.
