ROGUE FOOD

Most of our food preparation use Rogue Ales, Porters, Stouts and Lagers. You will find Rogue in your Chili, Reuben, Ale bread, Fish & Chips, Pizza, Cheese soup, Mussels, and Pita.

• Our beef is American KOBE beef, the very best available. Rated twice the grade of USDA Prime, Snake River Farms raises their cattle hormone free, aged twice as long as ordinary beef. At our meeting halls, you can have KOBE beef burgers, chili, tacos, bleu balls, sausages and taco salad.
• Our sauces are made using Rogue brews, and superbly complement wings, shrimp, oysters and calamari.
• Families will find an extensive Kids' Menu and diversions (Legos, crayons, games) as well as our famous Rogue Draft Root Beer. Based on brewer Arlen Harris' family recipe, handed down to him by his grandfather, this blend of root beer and sarsaparilla extracts plus a secret ingredient, provides a fantastic base for the classic Root Beer Float.
• Our Meeting Halls have Hoppy Meals (get a toy and add a glass of Rogue Ale with your meal for $1.00 or Super Size it to a pint for $2.00) and lunch, Hoppy Hour, and sell kegs and bottles to go as well as Rogue Creamery cheeses, t-shirts, hats and other wearables and gift items.
