Rogue
Ales Public House, originally named the Bayfront Brewery,
opened in May of 1989. Rogue produced its Ales at the
Bayfront Brewery until 1991 when "Howard", the 15bbl brewsystem,
was transferred across Newport's bay to the current Brewery.
The old brewery was turned into a poolroom dubbed Crustacean
Stacean by the locals. In 1998 Rogue expanded into
another room in the building to open their Casino.
1998 also marked the opening of Rogue's Bed & Beer.
